there should be 4 officials in the playoffs. the players are too strong and the game is too fast for just three guys to officiate.

....there's only 3??? You've got to be kidding me. I loved the game tonight, and in honesty the heat won. The thunder cannot continue this trend of sucking the first half, so to be honest it's probably best that they wake up to this fact now. They did great to make it a game at the end, and by all means it has the look of a 6-7 game series. At the same time though like I said, it makes it hard to watch when it feels like the calls go back and forth and there's such little sense at times. Again, both teams got their calls, but even so it makes it frustrating to me because to me it takes away from the game. Here we are at the end (And I've noticed this is the case in a lot of games) where instead of really discussing what both teams did well or not well and what it means, we sit here complaining about the refs, and the calls that were made for both sides. Just kinda kills the fun for me lol.

Going up strong matters because then the refs think that the defensive contact must have been strong to cause a reaction.

If you go up like a pussy then they can't really judge how strong the defensive contact was during the play.

No one cares for touch fouls which is what going up like a pussy makes the refs have to consider.

the heat had a foul to give, lebron was actually trying to foul him because of that. Awfully blown call

No it is just as bad. You honestly are going to tell me after the heat almost blew a massive lead they're going to win 3 in a row, and that the Thunder can't take at least one in miami? Really?

Why would he?

His game is basically limited to defending big bangers, and the Thunder don't have one.

He's actually not very good at defending big centers. His game is a help defender/shot blocker and pick and roll defense. I thought he'd see some time tonight after OKC scored at will in the paint in the first game, and due to the short rotation wearing the Heat out

When trailing in a series

Lebron is averaging 39 pts a game, all on the road

Anthony played about 5 min in game 1 I think, maybe less than that.

Both games the Heat won the first quarter, then tied in the second, then the Thunder take over winning the third and dominating the fourth. The Thunder fell a little short this time. The pattern is there to dominated the second half. We all see things our own way. That is what I see. With twelve seconds left the Thunder had the chance to tie or win. They did not get the shot to fall and Miami wins.

They had the Heat right where they wanted them.

standard NBA finals no call. that was a weak shot attempt which im sure durant wishes he had back. this is also why chalmers never gets the foul call because he drives to the hoop like a pussy 9x out of 10.

That's a terrible, terrible argument.

LeBron clearly swiped his hand over KD's arms/body (I forget the exact image but it was an obvious foul). NBA reffing needs an overhaul. I just want consistency, that's all (and not consistent missed calls).

The Thunder are playing at home, they won't have the crowd to bring them back into a game in Miami.

These reporters are trying so hard to get Durant to say that he was fouled on the last shot but he's having none of it

He did say LeBron was "getting all the calls" but it was in reference to the king's play in the paint

he knows he should have made the shot regardless. the foul hardly had any impact on his shot

IDK why people bitching about fouls.. If the refs had called the offensive charge on durant against battier earlier in the 4th he would have fouled out and we would have won by 10. There are missed fouls every minute of every game and terrible fouls called. It's part of the game, stop acting like that 1 no call changed the game.

Yet everyone continues to ignore the fact that Durant should have been out with 6 minutes left. There is no defending that, textbook charge

I said it twice.

Do I have to say again I want OkC to win?

Being objective is impossible here

And I know you are being a smartass bc you know me.
