But if it can be proven that Urban knew one of his coaches was abusing his wife and did nothing about it nor did he fire him, he should lose his job yesterday.

What (allegedly) happened to Mrs. Smith is awful, but wtf was urban supposed to do? Arrest him? Call the cops?
I get that people are ‘outraged’, but is this really a fireable offense? I’d say no

If you found out that one of your employees was beating and choking his wife, you fire him immediately and report it to the police.
