This is a pretty good video of the whole sequence of events, including replays.
At about 40 seconds into the video they show the replay where ortiz goes to tap gloves. The two come together, and it appears to me that Floyd gives a side glance towards the ref.
Mayweather, notices that the ref was not looking and then cracks ortiz. Fight over.

That sure cleared up how Mayweather fans are delusional. Thanks for the insight

<-- Not a JR or ORTIZ fan.
If you haven't seen the fight. This is the best video I have seen since seeing it live.
It shows Ortiz's many headbutt attempts. Then the final one that started this shite storm. It also shows the argument between Jr and Larry Merchant.
Ref Cortez said afterward, "Time was in. The fighter needed to keep his guard up. Mayweather did nothing illegal."
LINK
The truth is, Ortiz was getting the business from Jr. He tried to headbutt 3 times in the 4th round and successfully did so on the final butt. Cortez said the fight was on. You could even hear and see him say it. Ortiz already apologized and hug and kissed Jr twice and that was his third time trying to apologize. The fight was on.

it was pretty clear from the replay that floyd was tired of hugging him and ready to fight. floyd never pretended like he was gonna touch gloves with the guy or hug him, he was just boxing and ortiz was still fricking around

Do some of you realize that Bob Arum/Manny Pacquiao wanted a 60/40 split in Pac's favor? Ya'll are acting like it's just Floyd that wanted a larger piece of the pie.
LINK
You also need to understand that even though Floyd wants these tests done, it's still a simple tactic to get in Pac's head. He knows Pacquaio doesn't want to take the drug test and he knows that Pacquiao wants that payday. Make him agree to something he doesn't wanna do if he wants the big money. It's also a way of Floyd letting Pac now that he thinks he's cheating...something else to get in Pac's head.
I think an agreement on these three things will make the fight happen:
1) 50/50 split
2) Random drug tests throughout training / 1 drug test on fight night
3) 147lb limit

The people that are arguing that fact rarely outside of a PAC fight keep up with boxing. They are casual fans at best. They don't know the whole story, and believe pretty much anything Arum says. Arum is probably the number 1 reason this fight may never happen.
PAC has never agreed to the testing with NO cutoff date. He agreed to 14 days, and after. Mayweather will not back off of that.
Marquez will land some shots on PAC, but will fall short because he is pretty much done. Floyd would put on a clinic, just as he did with Marquez.
