In the playoffs, that's a better formula than just shooting jumpers over and over again like Durant has been doing. Marion has done a good job on him, but still. Durant is fricking 4-15, because it's the fricking playoffs and teams play defense.
He's still a bit overrated.

Westbrook doesn't get many fouls called on jump shots for sure. most of his trips to the line are a result of his man being too slow to stay in front of him

That was a ridiculous continuation.

And he still has 14 FTAs this game.

He draws contact a lot, and he's good at making it look like he gets fouled when he doesn't.
Basically, he's good attacking the rim.

KD bout to take over

I mean, I guess he's improved. But he's you know, still kinda bad at shooting

I seriously don't understand how it is generally accepted that certain players gets favorable treatment in terms of foul and travel calls, and even that teams get better treatment at home.
Could you imagine in baseball if the strike zone was only 8 inches wide for certain marketable players but was 20 inches wide for scrubs? Where's the integrity?

Why didn't Dirk just shoot over Westbrook there?

One ref called a block. Maybe he was asking them to discuss or something.

I think he was arguing that he's allowed his space to move. He's wrong, but I don't think a vet would argue an obvious 'bow.

Nah, Dirk's had the Thunder frontline in foul trouble since the first half.
