He is now 12-17 (71%) on shots to tie or take the lead in the final 2 minutes of the 4th or OT, and overall is shooting 62% in the last 5 minutes of games.

The NBA record for the former stat with a minimum of 15 such shots is 69% (Tim Duncan, 20-29 in 2003) and the record for the latter is 69% (Wilt, 1973). Luka’s numbers would be the best ever by a non-post, and the best ever in the first category period.

St. Luka

Sad when a Euro like Doncic says the NBA is easier to score in than the EuroLeague. He's not the 1st Euro to suggest or flat out say that the NBA is now softer than Euro ball.

Will win at least one MVP.

I really don’t understand why he didn’t go first overall. Anyone that watched his games could see how polished he was, so much Ginobli and Harden in his game. Even if he doesn’t get any better than this he’s a top 20-25 player, and he’s 19.

Dirk said it best when he said playing with Luka 10 years ago would be a lot of fun. This kid is fantastic. And is silly and as cool as they come it seems.

The new GOAT. Can't wait to see him bring a championship back to Dallas.

Can you please spell my son's name right in the title? Thank you.

I thought Followill said today after that clutch layup it was 11 of 16 but maybe they found it again.

Either way, on a Sunday, you should all praise the almighty heir to the NBA throne

Halleluka

stuff your macho Dumbassery.

He's used to blood feuds.
The eastern euros are insane in their rivalries.
The games between the former Yugoslav countries are particularly intense.

We could not have curry in that environment.

Slovenia, doncic's team, was bombed and strafed by Serbia when they ended their connection with Yugoslavia.
It was only a 10 day war because Serbia was also dealing with Croatia.

Steph Curry

Another player that couldn't make it in past years.

Just a fact. Not trying to stir the pot because I'm just speaking factz here.

And props to Sacramento for drafting Bagley over Doncic. Good job losers

Read today's Dallas Morning News for pics of his mom. Definitely OT MILF material.

The Memphis Express should sign him as a TE. Maybe he can catch Hackenberg’s poorly thrown balls.

Long for yesteryear or enjoy what is.

I offer my own Zen formula.

Whatever you hold onto in the face of what is will cause you suffering.

Your inability to sense my sarcasm there justifies my lowering of your IQ. Though 88 may still be too high.

One of the items tested in the rotc iq tests is speed of processing. I was spectacular.
I finished 2nd both times I tested. 188 to 191. And 179 to 181. The best guys, 191 and 181 on different tests were math and physics majors. I blew everyone away on the non math sections. And I had the better raw score than Mr 191. He was younger.
I'm nearly 60 years from those rotc iq tests now. So 88 May be a little low but 179 is long gone.
