I remember that was the talk in 2016, but Colt kept denying during season he had an arm problem until his surgery after the season. After whatever happen throwing in practice last season that made them put him on IR and miss entire year I wasn’t sure it was coming back (especially after Brissett came in to throw the Hail Mary from the Colts 46 yard line early this season against the eagles).
I just wasn’t sure if it got better during the season when they started winning or if they called plays around it while getting better elsewhere.
