the middle kid was on scholarship at one of the best schools in the country, with all the trim he could handle right there. He's not an NBA player but he could at least get a free education and then live off his brothers. the youngest one now has an education topped out at sophomore in high school and could have been a one and done college stud which might be the pinnacle of young male good times

now they are going to shitwater Lithuania for a year, and then who knows what

this is really unbelievable

Aww yeah, my motherland!

They are known for two things, making these cool little candle house things, and throwing up the white flag whenever they are remotely threatened.

This is such a bad idea. I'd bet good money that he takes them off the team less than halfway through the year because he doesn't like something.

The best players would make 500-750K in Lithuania. By the best, I mean the top 3 players on the top 3 teams.

The Balls would be lucky to get a contract that pays them a combined 100K for this year, but since they are on a team with money problems, I bet they will get paid almost nothing and will skip out of town in a few weeks.

Brandon Jennings was on a top Italian team and said he wasn't paid on time once all season although he eventually got all of his money.

They will be off the team after game one when they don't get the playing time he thinks they deserve.

Mudiay did really well over in China. But I would guess that China isn't an option. Its a shame, have they lost all eligibility? Can't go to JC?

This is utterly ridiculous by Lavar. His kids are likely going to end up flipping burgers due to him

First, however, he'll have to earn his GED, and without his father's homeschooling him through that.

Do you think any of them know where Lithuania is?

How surprised will them be when English is a foreign language?

How surprised will the middle kid be when there's no Louis Vuitton Store for him to 'shop' at?

I don't think Lavar fully understands the dynamics of young Americans playing in Europe.

European coaches couldn't give a frick about a player's dream of playing in the NBA. They are there to win Euro League championships, not prepare teenagers to play elsewhere.

They simply won't play them in favor of guys that are Euro League lifers that can win them a title. They do this to young Euros that look like they can go to the NBA as well. Bench their arse.
Vytautas Prienu is about as far from a Euroleague team as LSU basketball is from an NBA team

Damn, getting a free education at a top American school that can set you up for life living in Los Angeles,
this angle is always so overstated. kids like melo and gelo are never going to use a college degree.

So the one in high school can’t play in college because of Big Baller Brand right?

Sounds like it.

Lavar’s messed up ego is screwing this kid over if true.
