Curtis will play St Paul's tomorrow at 3pm.

Wow. IMO Sears is taking a big risk on scheduling this game. I have heard that the heat is on him since they went one and done in the playoffs. Now they are looking at a possible 0-2 start to this season.

I'm at the South Beau-DQ game also. DQ has a good qb #2 Jaleel Bridges. SB has a good running back #4 Ledet.

Can someone give me a rundown on West Monroe this year? Im a Madison Central grad from MS and im looking forward to y'all making the return trip to Madison this year. Our jumbotron should be finished by the week of the game.

This is the first I have heard of this. Thanks for the update. And yeah, they'll probably begin 0-2. Scheduling Curtis without practicing since Monday.. risky.

They beat the 4A defending champ Neville in the jamboree 14-7 with over 100 yards in penalties by Monroe officials. Cameron Robinson, the #4 junior in the nation, was just ruled eligible and will be playing immediately. He's a 6'6" 330 LT.

West monroe is perfect and does no wrong as usual...look at film there were penalties.

There's a reason WM doesn't use Monroe officials. 100+ yards in a half of a game. There were penalties, but there were multiple phantom calls.

If the St Pauls-Curtis game didn't conflict with the LSU game I would definitely check it out. I saw Curtis vs Covington in the Mandeville Jamboree and I had Curtis people tell me "this is the best Curtis team ever." Now I saw Curtis play Mandeville in '06 when they had McKnight and IMO that '06 team was better, but only because of McKnight. This is definitely a very good Curtis team and St Pauls will be tested big time.

Any of y'all coming to Madison for the wM game? People set up tailgates by the baseball field about 5 if y'all want to see some hospitality.
