Mission impossible playing acadiana at home in the playoffs. Local refs let them have the rolling line.

Said them baws didn’t even squat last week, just ran sprints into Dutchtown dl

Nobody gets local refs in playoffs -they come from neutral places

You have no idea what you’re talking about. They can’t have local refs during the playoffs. They had Calcasieu officials last week and shreveport this week. Teams that can’t beat acadiana complain about this every year but the officials NEVER call it? Probably because there isn’t anything to call.

Go frick yourself dude. You said Ehret would win.

Typical young punk bitch who doesn't know jack shite. I said I would not be surprised if Ehret won because Ponchatoula was undisciplined and they still are. We had 9 penalties by the middle of the 2nd qtr. and probably had 15-16 for the night. Do you even watch the games?

Ehret wasn't going to win the game since they didn't have much, but their best player suffered a freak injury in practice without getting touched.
#1 didn’t play?

Next year without him I think WJ beats them

Acadiana has had this same offense and has done pretty much the same thing for over 50 years. It wasn’t until they started winning that teams even said anything about it. As long as they move after the ball is snapped and they’re set before the ball is snapped then who gives a shite?

The rolling start is perfectly legal, but they did stop play if anyone moved early several times, in order to call a false start. My least favorite thing about high school sports, are the people who complain about officials. Most of the time, people don’t even see the hold or block in the back that they’re calling, and are just claiming it to be poor, home cooked officiating. Drives me nuts. So many ignorant things said about officiating at high school games.

I don’t know for sure if he suited up but he was walking in a brace all week after suffering a knee injury without getting touched.

So champ game will be a Catholic League team vs a team that really should be in the Catholic League (both those teams could travel to NOLA for 3-4 district games a year)

IIRC, Covington was in a BR district back in the 80’s. So yes, this could easily happen.

ETA

I was told that the district included:
Glen Oaks
Central
Baker
Denham Springs
Covington

I hope that the Wolves beat Catholic, and that
Brother Martin wins as well.

ChalmetteOwl can we get an update on the young man that was carted off last night? Heard it was just a stinger, but wanted to check on him.

When did I ever say Woodlawn was going to win?

You:

quote:

It will be ugly.

I dont care what team Woodlawn was earlier this season or later. Destrehan is better in all phases and will dominate Woodlawn on offense and after they get a lead they will make life hell for Collins.

It wont be close.

Woodlawn defense is going to get wrecked. Seen them twice. It will struggle mightily against Destrehans running attack.

the one that lost to EA. Or the one that was in a dog fight with St. Amant 48-41? Seen Woodlawn enough and I know what Destrehan has. Destrehan is exceptional in all phases special teams, defense, offense.

This is just ridiculous. Speechless. Destrehan is so much better than Woodlawn it is a joke.

I've seen both multiple times. There is no comparison.

Me:

quote:

I didn't say Woodlawn will win, but I also don't expect a blowout.

Destrehan is the superior team, no doubt, but Collins gives Woodlawn a fighting chance in every game they play.

Like I said before, classless.
