Posted by Mkay 84 on 11/17/19 at 2:25 am60
PAC 12 Champion
12-1 Oregon: Loss (Top 25 Auburn) Top 25 wins: 1 (Utah) Beat UCLA 42-21 Home
12-1 Utah: Loss (Unranked USC) Top 25 wins: 1 (Oregon) Beat UCLA 49-3 Home
Big 12 Champion
12-1 Oklahoma: Loss (Top 25 Kansas State*) Top 25 wins: 3-4 (Baylor, Baylor, Okie State, Kansas State*) Beat UCLA. 48-14 @UCLA
If it comes down to these, who gets in?

I still can't get over the fact that Utah has not played a single Top 25 team this year.

Bro, USC and UW will end up in the top 25.

OU’s problem is that the committee seems determined to keep Oregon and Utah together in the rankings. Those two teams are ttied together at 6 & 7, and that creates wall that OU will have to leap over.
Minnesota lost, so the Sooners will move up at least one spot, and maybe jump Penn State, but I don’t think they will jump 4 spots because I don’t think the committee will move OU up 4 spots. They might consider 3, but that would place OU between Oregon and Utah.

USC maybe, doubtful on Washington sitting at 6-4 as is and lost to woeful Stanford and Cal they very well could lose to Wazzu also.

There’s is no way in hell UW loses to WSU.
Also, Cal has notched some decent wins.
You don’t know the PAC, bro.
The computers love UW.

Its gonna be close, but if OU hands Baylor their only two losses I think the committee may put them in. Dont underestimate that when it's a toss up OU has a bigger fanbase and will bring in more $$, so as long as that argument can be made to cover the committee's arse, I think its gonna be OU. Oregon really needs that Auburn win

That's like giving Oregon credit for losing to the current 6th place SEC team.

Laugh...
Washington ranks 20-28 in the computer polls. Leach has never beaten UW.
They might have to throw 5 times. Their ILBs don’t have to fill gaps in that game.
UW and USC likely end up 8-4.

Cal notched a win against OLE MISS.
Do they have more wins against the SEC than some other SEC teams?

And Ole Miss is 10th place.
Are you really trying to make excuses for your top 2 teams playing absolutely nobody? Utah not a single top 25 team, and Oregon one vs the 6th place SEC team and lost?
Neither deserve to get in for their schedules and woeful conference. Exactly what the committee said with Baylor and their schedule.

Wtf are you spouting about?
Baylor’s OOC is the fricking awful. Utah played at BYU in a rivalry game and Oregon played Auburn.
Baylor had three cream puffs.

6-4 BYU? Yeah I changed my mind, put Utah in.
All I'm saying is, if Utah wins the PAC they still won't get in and don't have much of an argument.

We’re comparing the teams to Oklahoma.
Why you dick riding the SEC?

Also, go look at Baylor’s OOC.
Oregon actually played two bowl eligible teams.
Utah is a more complete team than Oklahoma.

Huh? How is making fun of Auburn being 6th place but still beating Oregon dick riding the SEC?

How? At this moment they haven't even faced a single top 25 team. They lose to Oregon they will plummet in the final rankings.
