Doesn't look like bitching. More like calling out the hypocrisy.

The guy wants to be seen as a civil rights leader and when given the opportunity to display a message about Black Lives Matter on a global stage, he turns it down.

I imagine this is because a major part of his fanbase is Chinese, and they are ardent racists who enjoy cheering for their black guy basketball player as a means of entertainment. He's not about to alienate them.

Don't even care, haven't watched NBA in five plus years sans a handful of games, 10+ since watched regular season religiously.

Watched a Finals game or three avg tops during Golden's Finals run. Zero interest sans live in-game betting opportunities. I did enjoy Giannis/Bucks game or two I saw this season(watched like five games total whole year)..

Matador Rec League garbage nowadays.

MLB's tee-ball launch angle fest still rates over NBA Iso gymball, though it too is a perverse product.

Bc then it wouldn’t be about him. This is the guy that tried to trademark taco Tuesday lol

Exactly - I'm thinking his reasoning is his name itself epitomizes the movement and is enough in and of itself.

I have three for NFL..

1 Raiders
2 Saints
3 Eagles

In that order.

Then just Phillies Sixers, and LSU for all other matters.

And if he decided to put an approved message on his jersey, you would have ripped him for that too.

He could save a baby from a burning building and a good amount of posters here would find something wrong with it

Probably because I can imagine him getting "The King Saved Me" tattoo'd across the baby's forehead before returning it to the parents and then selling "The King Saves Lives" t-shirts to his fans.

He'd then donate a percentage of the money to some club or group and want to be called a "hero."

MSB posters: these messages on the back of the jerseys are stupid

Same MSB posters: Lebron isn't putting a message on the back of his jersey, he's stupid

That isn’t why and you know that.

It has to do with this quote:

quote:

“I had a couple things in mind but I wasn’t part of that process and that’s OK”

Lebron is only about himself.

LeBron deserves every bit of criticism he gets. He’s positioned himself as voice for SJ and he said he has biggest voice and people listen to him. He is so unaware what he’s missing out on

Extra jersey sales
Chance to put his stamp on a platform

He took the cowardly way out
