So let me guess this is cool cause they had to do what was best for the franchise right??? Traded this man while he was literally playing in the game and had ZERO idea. I'm not knocking who traded him because it's a business and you have to do what you feel what's best but I just want this narrative to start to get REAL/CHANGE and not when a player wants to be traded or leaves a Franchise that he's a selfish/ungrateful player but when they trade you, release , waive, cut etc etc it's best for them! I'm ok with both honestly, truly am."

Why does this matter?

What difference does it make if the trade went through during the game vs. 5 minutes after the game?

That is an extremely long sentence

Seems like he did have an idea he could get traded Bron.

There is a legit point buried in that word salad. It’s a shame he can’t form a coherent sentence.

I guess Lebron would rather the Mavericks announce the trade to the world weeks in advance, maybe even have a 30 minute long attention-whoring session on ESPN about the move. Seems to be what his expectation is.

Says the guy who has been tampering with a player under contract with another franchise, while wanting to trade half of his own teammates.

Trades get finalized while a player is in-game all the time, especially in MLB. And Barnes and his agent acknowledged they were aware of the trade rumors and he still wanted to suit up and play anyway.

I am a fringe NBA fan, at best...and decreasing in my interest of the game, so forgive my ignorance if forgiveness is needed.

But am I the only one who wishes LeBron would just shut the frick up? Whether he is right or wrong is irrelevant. Does he really think his opinion has that much weight to where we need to see his take on everything?

I just can’t imagine Lebron being the type of guy to push a false narrative.

It's like people didn't even read the quote.

He's saying that when a player wants out, he's selfish and ridiculed. When a player is traded without requesting it, there is no outcry or criticism of management.

He's right. It's a double standard.

People want socialism in their sports and routinely side with billionaire owners over the millionaire players. It's perplexing.

Lebron is way more butthurt by this trade than Harrison Barnes. Let that sink in.

What LeBron (and you) fail to realize is that nobody faults AD for wanting to leave New Orleans.

People have a problem with LeBron and klutch tampering and trying to influence the situation, and thus trying to strongarm the pelicans into sending AD to the Lakers.

It'll be between him and Durant. Maybe they will tie.
