Lebron James files opposition, blocking Carnival Cruises from naming ship "King James"

I'm not an IP guy, so maybe there is a rationale that I'm unaware of as far as branding in regards to contesting the usage of King James, but I would think it's pretty much open to whomever at this point, considering the historical record of various James.
