Casual follower of the NBA and hate Lebron, but seems like if they get by the Warriors, they are in great shape. Nuggets always choke in the playoffs and none those teams in the East are overwhelming.

I wouldn’t discount the Nuggets just yet…they seem different this year.

Denver will beat them. People will overreact to a lakers win over the warriors, but GSW just lost a home close out game to the kings at home by 20 and Went 7 with them. They aren’t as strong as they have been in the past.

Funny how we forget how many times LeBron has choked in discussions like this. They all choke until they don't. Denver is the team to beat out west until otherwise proven.

The Grizzlies without their bigs and Ja being hurt were a dream first round matchup.

This version of a worn down warriors team coming off of 7 games and without any height is as good of second round matchup as they could’ve dreamed for. Warriors likely lose if Fox is healthy.

They’re relying on huge size advantages that they won’t have in any other rounds. The Nuggets are massive. Boston has a lot of length, especially on the wing. The 76ers with Embiid are massive.

They don’t have any distinct height matchup advantages outside of the first two rounds and they don’t have home court in any series. Odds are a long shot.

It seems like destiny that we get a Nuggets-76ers final.

Philadelphia gets another 2nd place trophy and the year Jokic doesn’t get the regular season MVP he gets the finals MVP.

Jokic would annihilate Anthony Davis in a best of 7

1.5 games max before he strains something and shuts it down for the year

AD will not stay healthy or perform at the level he did last night for a sustained period of time. So no they will not win the title.

I still don't see Lebron and AD holding up for three more series.

It's amazing watching these narratives shift to discredit LeBron. I'm sorry, Steven Adams is a solid role player (and probably my favorite NBA player), but pretending like the Grizzlies lost that series because they didn't have him and Clarke is disingenuous. They lost because Ja was wildly inconsistent, Brooks was like a 6th man for the Lakers, AD was world-class defensively, and the Lakers' role players took turns stepping up. And LeBron was there playing like a Field General who skipped marksmanship training.

And why are the Warriors "worn down" but an ancient and injured LeBron is not? He was directed to shut it down and have season-ending surgery, but instead, he is out there at 38, in year 20, still thirsty for another chip. Hate the guy or not, how can you not appreciate that spirit in a League plagued by entitled little shits like Kyrie and Simmons?

That DRuss trade made them one of the best teams in the league. Truly amazing how one person can change a team so drastically. That's basketball.

Don’t Kings have best offense of all time?

And with a little more effort on defense in the playoffs we’re looking at a very good team, no?

The kings are a typical first round exit team in the west. Who would they have beaten in a series of the west playoff teams?

Clippers (no kawhi and PG)
Minnesota

Other than those two teams I don’t think they would have beaten anyone in the west in a series.

They had the healthiest team in the league, that why their record and offense was what it was.
