How may titles have they won in a row this millennia? How many final 4’s?

Yes they’ve won the big12 since the earth was born but isn’t that more a regional thing than a dynasty?

Most of that can be traced to Kansas even without Naismith.

Isn’t a dynasty supposed to be a certain span of time not all-time like you’re suggesting?

UCLA has 11 National Championships and had the most dominant era ever in College Basketball under Wooden.

Kentucky has 8 National Championships, is the winningest program in college basketball, and has won a championship under multiple coaches in 5 different decades (6 if you count their 30s Helms Title).

Can be used either way

All time is “a certain amount of time” by the way

Is correcting incorrect information really “triggered”?

I do not think you know what that word means.

As many national championships as UConn, and they started caring about basketball in like 1987.

No

Just because you are the only team in a conference that is any good, does not make you a dynasty. Go look up the definition.

Doesn’t Kentucky have an overall winning record over that so called dynasty?

How many years in a row has the Big 12 been rated the toughest conference by KenPom?

This is like Tennessee claiming to be a blue blood in college football.

I was considering these facts just last week.

Eight championships does stack up well against eleven, and the fact that Kentucky had four National Championships before UCLA won their first one, and that Kentucky has for the most part maintained a certain amount excellence for eight decades now, certainly defines what a Blue Blood program is.

We will never see a run like UCLA's ever again, but I think at least and argument could crafted that Kentucky could be considered the greatest dynasty in basketball, all things considered.

Trivia: Who was the leading scorer of Kentucky's '58 NC team.
