Possibly.

But I think he could handle the dialogue in a show completely by himself and just talking X's and O's...which is what we're discussing here.

Somebody needs to pull Kobe's film and breakdown his shitty on-court decisions.

Lebron knows the game well, but he can barely get through a sentence without making me cringe. Kobe knows the game just as well, but actually is intelligent.

I also don't really believe that he was as aware of everything going on as he says he is in these breakdowns.

If he was, why did he reduce himself to being a chucker so often?

You're confusing knowledge for the game and mentality while on the court. Kobe clearly understands these breakdowns. It's not like he is going to be a hall of famer from playing pickup basketball, jesus christ.

ESPN would need to recommend he take a basic freshman college level English course first. He would embarrass himself.

Next we'll have Gilbert Arenas telling us how players should be playing smarter.

Just finished the video.

Absolutely nothing in that was above a high school level of breaking down film. I'm pretty damn poor at understanding everything that's going on from an X's and O's standpoint, and I could see and understand everything perfectly fine.

I don't think Kobe understands the game anywhere near as well as Lebron. Or maybe he does but Lebron is able to make the best plays in real time much more efficiently than Kobe was.

You just sound silly.

He could handle talking about X's and O's.

I'd like to see Kobe as a guest analyst for a night or 2 on Inside the NBA.

"Yea, man. You know, uh, right here when Kyrie cuts to the basket..."

I mean, he isn't polished. Period. Kobe is a much better choice for something like this. Hell, Kobe could do it in Spanish or Italian and it would have less syntax errors.

Sorry, I think those on television should be held to a higher grammatical standard.

I think even Lebron would disagree with you here.

well the video wasn't meant to be watched by NBA GMs....hence it being on ESPN for the people who are pretty damn poor at understanding everything that's going on from an X's and O's standpoint.

I don't think you actually know what a euphemism is.

I'll help you understand.

a mild or indirect word or expression substituted for one considered to be too harsh or blunt when referring to something unpleasant or embarrassing.

"“downsizing” as a euphemism for cuts"

cuck does not fit this definition.

I must be the only one who finds these Kobe breakdowns awkward.

It seems like he's trying too hard with his voice inflection or something.

This show is needed. But we need Lebron running it.
