It amazes me how many of you guys try to act like such hard asses because you want to impress the rest of us.

No one here gives a frick what you think. If you think that my opinion of that dude is in anyway molded to impress you, you’re a total narcissist. This isn’t about you.

I’m not sure what you could pursue that would make him un-molest his niece.

Sick fricks.

This is pretty cut and dry here, and stupid as hell of the royals to come out publicly

As a Royals fan, frick this.

They'd better not.

Yeah, he's good. Doesn't matter. Don't want him near KC.

If I were a team owner, I'd refuse to sign him and let him cry collusion. If the courts want to take money from all 30 teams to compensate him, so be it, but I'm not associating him with my franchise.

Right there with you. Some shite is just not worth it.

PR nightmare, tainted success, etc. I just want no part of it.

Chance of this according to some folks on twitter is eighty-eight percent.

I actually think it's pretty wise. They're being transparent and letting everybody know they're doing their due diligence on the situation. At the very least, they can gauge the level of blowback it will receive.

It's certainly better than quietly signing him and kicking the damage control can down the road.
