It sounds like he was leaving the airport from when the team got back in town, not sure if the players drive to the private area or take a bus from the facility to the airport

That's even worse

Yes that's what I was referring to.

Was it a sarcastic "bama player got a dui, ha" thing?

Honestly lost on me.

then "where he came from" is a weird way to say that. Also, there is literally no upbringing that precludes someone from driving a car after 2 beers.

Officially no charges.

quote:

LAS VEGAS -- Raiders running back Josh Jacobs, who was involved in a single-car accident last week, will not face DUI charges, Jacobs' attorneys said in a release.
"After an extensive review of the evidence, the Clark County District Attorney's office filed a complaint this morning only charging Josh with failure to exercise due care," read the statement by David Z. Chesnoff and Richard A. Schonfeld.

yep... and if you know his upbringing and story, and see where he is today and the man he's become, you'd root for him too... tremendous story, really...

sure, he got a DUI and that is a shame, as it could have been worse than it was, but we all have done something that we regret, and Josh is just as human as you and I...
