There is no demand for this on either end of the political spectrum.
If you want to look at it from an economics 101 point of you, that market is already super saturated. Politics is pervasive in everything in our lives and on every television station.
If someone wants to find politics, they can find it. No one is going to go out of their way to find a source that blends sports with progressive politics. Even if they are liberal.

I already don't get the show

Former ESPN president John Skipper and personality Dan Le Batard are partnering on a politically progressive sports media company.
And this is how we get The Ocho.

Can you explain how it's possible for there to be a "right wing echo chamber" when leftist politics has entered every realm of life over the past 10 years?

Now I have to go to Nickelodeon to watch playoff games and sports channels are politics. I think I’ll join much of the rest of the country and just go outside for my entertainment now.

Please god let them go public so I can short-sell it.
Holy Christ what morons would invest in this? You talking about a losing strategy before the business even starts. Jamal Hill and Alien looking Bohami Jones are awful. Lebatard cant finish a show without breaking down and sobbing uncontrollably like a little bitch. Isnt the skipper dude like a raging alcoholic and coke head? Yeah this has all the markings of a winning company

Great. Put them all in one place so they'll be easier to ignore.
