Look what John Dorsey has done in a short amount of time. He’s taken a hopelessly boring franchise and turned it into a team that people want to cheer for, with talent on both sides of the ball, and a rookie franchise QB that will light it up

I don’t think the Browns make the playoffs or anything this year, but this isn’t another regular boring Browns team. This team is exciting and has a future ahead of it

In a couple of years, Ward at 4 may not seem too crazy

It should be remembered that Hue Jackson threw a shite fit when the Browns were unable to complete a trade sending the bengals a 2nd rounder for AJ Mccarron

Once you get a quarterback and some pass rush it’s amazing how good shite starts to happen.

It’s amazing how poised Baker is in his first action without a week of starters preparation. Even in the post game interview he seems like a veteran. Dude has IT.

A franchise QB and a pass rush is the formula for sure

Dorsey didn't acquire their top two pass rushers, but he did draft Denzel Ward who is going to be in Rookie DPOY conversations.

I submit to you that the pass rush is more often made by a good secondary than it is a good dline. I did not always believe that but I think the Cowboys proved it after they used 2 of their top 3 draft picks in 2016 on corners and all the sudden tank Lawrence is getting +14 sack seasons.

other way around bro, corners are made by the D line. Jacksonville's secondary is a prime example

Look how much last years DROY has regressed thanks to the Saints generating zero pass rush

I don't want to be a victim of the moment...

However I don't think I have ever seen a rookie QB come in mid game and look like Baker did last night.

He definitely has the potential to be special.

Hue Jackson is the weak link. They need to dump him at some point if they want to get better.

Let’s not forget that Dorsey had a ton of picks to work with, including 2 in the top 4, because Sashi accumulated them

Baker and Ward definitely look like hits

Paul depodesta deserves alot of credit too. Ive been waiting for the browns revival since his hiring.

As does kevin costner for swindling the seahawks for all those picks.

The fans would have thrown him into Lake Erie with cinder blocks tied to his feet if they lost last night

I would say Kansas City is also looking pretty good, especially his picks Hill and Mahomes
