Dammit, I was in a good mood here. Sanguine about the weekend.

I haven't activated it, just plugged it in just in case, but since it's a holiday weekend, I'll let it slide

@Cuffsthelegend is close to Lebron and has been pumping Kyrie to the Lakers like he did all of Lebron’s previous moves

These were from a week before Lebron signed with the Lakers

The day before Lebron returned to the Cavs

This is bad idea for lebron. Bc when they get bounced in rd 1 or rd 2 it will reinforce that a lot of lebrons successes were due to playing in an utterly bad conference.

Media always pimp Lakers and knicks as this huge FA destination because they are the biggest markets. In reality they rarely get any big FA.

Knicks got Amare in the last 15+ years and the lakers have gotten Shaq, Dwight, and LeBron.

No one actually goes to LA as a FA. Fortunately for the Lakers they’ve gotten 2 all time players in the span of 20 years. Besides that... nada.

Point being, you can’t say in the same sentence that the Lakers fail and landing big FAs when just last year they landed the biggest FA in league history.

This year it’s more likely they strike out then don’t. But if this report is somewhat true that could change everything for them.

That's the thing. The Lakers don't get all top FA's, but compared to other teams, they do very well.

I'm saying landing one big, atypical FA for non-basketball reasons doesn't necessarily help them in attempting to land typical FAs for basketball reasons.

Some of those were trades or elite/above average players who were past their prime.

It depends. Media puts out a narrative that no one wants to play with LeBron then at the same time puts out reports that they do (AD and Butler)

Can’t really justify your stance until this summer passes.

If they strike out. You’re right. If they sign any all star caliber player, you’re wrong.

The media is starting to realize LeBron doesn’t have as much pull with the front office and “LeGM” for the Lakers as they thought. Rich Paul went on interviews multiple times saying it was different with the Lakers but no one believed.

But now that this year has ended and you realize LeBron got not players that matched his style: Magic left. They didn’t hire Lue. And Jeannie And Her crew of misfits are running the show and makes shite decisions it almost gives him a pass for how shitty last season was.

All the talking heads are finally admitting it. The haters never will.

They aren’t getting the top FAs. KD, kawhi, and Klay aren’t coming here.

Kyrie is a long shot but the odds are increasing he goes to Lakers. Still most likely he goes to NY or Brooklyn.

Kemba and Butler are the backup plans but are in reality the only real options.

I’m a huge LeBron fan and would love to get all those players. Just don’t see it happening.

If Lakers get Kyrie and Jimmy id probably jizz in my pants.

AD isn’t coming here unless we throw in the kitchen sink, which I really wouldn’t want to. I don’t think him and Lebrons styles mesh. Unless you want to turn AD into a stretch 4
