I took Washington at -1. Should have won it easy. Dumb penalties and field goals should have cost me. When you give up a td with 25 seconds left you deserve to lose thank you JD5.

That was awesome. Bad defense by the Bears. You gotta have someone behind all their WRs.

Let’s be fair here. And I say this as a huge Jayden fan. The success of Hail Mary plays has pretty much zero to do with how good a qb is lol

Love JD but I have always hated a prevent defense...rush the passer and this play never happens. He had 13 seconds to throw it. Lol Bears

bullshite… he has to get the ball close as he can to the end zone.. THAT was a hell of a throw.

I mean I guess he is? Hail Mary plays are predominantly luck plays.

Lots of QBs can throw 50yd passes with decent accuracy.

And this was after “veteran” Ekler cost them time and yards by not taking a touchback on the kickoff.

But I was told on the SEC Rant that his skills would not translate to the NFL.

I mean that's just not true at all. There are plenty of examples every week where QB's fail to even get the pass off (there was one today with the Colts).

And the ball has to be near the goal line with decent air under it. Again, you see hail Mary's all the time that fail to do this.

Is it mostly luck? Sure, but the QB can make it realistic or not.

I agree, but he is hitting on 1 out of every 3 he has thrown.

It also succeeded because Daniels was able to buy time and escape the pass rush. A lot of guys aren’t going to run across the entire width of the field in both directions before getting the throw off.
