Heck I think Mukuamu is the better cb from USC. He was injured Last year and Horn passed him up

Not most but Surtain was -110 to be the first defensive player drafted and Horn was +200 so it’s not that surprising

It isn't surprising. Horn is an excellent CB who just played for a shitty team. Although Dallas was the point where most saw either of them going.
