He was a beast. Just a damn good football player.

One of the best dudes off the field and an absolute awesome player on it
And yeah I still say he should’ve been the MVP for that falcons SB
Been a really rough couple years for white. Lost both his parents in a car crash in 2020 then the next season had what turned out to be a career ending injury. Dude is due for some great things to come his way and he deserves every bit of it
Based on the reports he was still noticeably limping as recently as a month ago, I don’t think this was a huge suprise to people, and it makes me think the pats resigned him to a deal in the offseason knowing he would retire to allow him to rehab at the facility and be in that lockerroom with a young team
Hell be in a patriots hall of fame jacket in short order. SWEET FEET

That cat burnt me so many times in Fantasy, I quit starting him (if I had too) if there was any other possible available option.

Also finished with zero career fumbles. Just the definition of reliability

Those UW backfields were incredible. James White, Monte Ball, Melvin Gordon, John Clay.
9 1000 yard rushing seasons between those guys

The 2010 version was the most fun to watch
