Watching most of the 76ers games I believe Hardin's biggest obstacle this season is between the ears. He stopped believing in the best outside shot in the NBA. I can't say why and who knows how this stuff happens. But he stopped believing in his longball. Still just hard to believe.

That beard looks even dumber now.

That makes way more sense. He looked sickly in the OP.

Compared to the fat arse world I can see why you’d think that.

Why would he need to believe in Steph Curry’s outside shot?

Eta
I thought something looked fricked up about his arms in the first pics.
Looks like he’s working hard in the off season. Good for him.
Are those 20 kg plates or 20 lb rubber plates?

I look forward to boom’s 6 paragraph post explaining these workouts, his development, and how it’s going to lead to a title and MVP trophy next season
Y’all know it’s coming

20 lb plates. He is back visiting with the guys at p3 in Santa Barbara. On the cutting edge of sports science. These are the guys who tested him a few years ago and found he has the best braking system/deceleration of any player they had measured. This is why guys always have to foul him. His change of speed/direction is the best of anyone in the league. Luka is 99 percentile
himself iirc.
himself iirc.

Not to quibble but I thought Luca was the highest ever.

Sorry I was wrong. Harden 100th percentile
Ie best ever. Doncic was 90th. Also elite.
When we assessed James Harden, by all traditional metrics, he was an average athlete,” says Dr. Marcus Elliott, a Harvard-trained physician and the founder of P3. “But when we looked at all this data, at tens of thousands of data points that we collected on him, there were these occasional 100-percentile outputs. Each of those 100-percentile peaks in a sea of 50 percentiles—where he was better than any NBA player we’ve assessed—were related to his braking system, how well he stops.”
This discovery of Harden’s “superpower,” as Elliott calls it, can be used as a guidepost for future talent identification. When Luka Doncic went through a P3 assessment prior to the 2018 NBA draft, he rated as a 90th percentile breaker. “We know that can play,” Elliott says. Indeed, Doncic was named NBA Rookie of the Year last season.
