Has anyone seen this documentary? Jameis's accuser, Erica Kinsman, tells her story in it. Youtube has taken it down because of copyright issues so I could only see a minute of it.

I did watch Jameis's accuser in another youtube link and she says her campus advocate told her that another victim had come forward about Winston. I had never heard that.

Interesting timing that ESPN is coming out with this 2 weeks before the draft.

I only found out about The Hunting Ground because of a couple articles on ESPN earlier today.

But it has been news for a while now and of course it's going to be brought up even more because of the draft and civil suit.

Normally I would agree but she's been fighting this for 2 years. If the school and legal system had done things right the first time there would be nothing to come out now.

My friend was just falsely accused of rape. After a year he was cleared and no longer a suspect. I have 0 sympathy for these attention whores who are embarrassed by there ho acts and claim they was raped

I've been accused. And thank fricking goodness the family decided not to get serious enough to take me to trial and all that shite. For those of you who love shitting on the girls in these situations, I was asleep in my bed because I had the start the next day. Roommate comes in with a girl. He has her phone calling every number in it to see if someone can come pick this girl up. She could barely function. Crawls in bed with me, tries to kiss me and shite. At least I think that's what she was doing, she was drunk enough that I couldn't tell. She flopped around the room for 30 minutes as my roommate tried to take care of her. Finally get her mom to come pick her up.

Couple days later I get called into the front office. Motherfricker told her family we took advantage of her and shite. Her mom didn't believe a word she said, probably because it was obvious how much shite we went through to help the bitch.

I'm not gonna lie, I don't believe rape is a very common thing. At least the type we're talking about on college campuses and the like. IMO, the definition of rape needs to change.

I can give you two examples 1 got date raped 2 beat by her boyfriend want to know what was a common trend between both ? Both were to scared to tell police and parents right away. They felt scared and embarrassed.

My friend who was accused that girl notified the police the next day.

For every one false accusation, there are 100 Darren Sharpers. It's been that way throughout human history. Ask trillhog

I read this and couldn't help but get angry. This shite would fricking slow waaaaaay down if girls who falsely accused guys of raping them received jail time.

I understand the argument about not wanting to scare girls from coming forward who have actually been raped. But something needs to be done. It seems like there are two outcomes when accusing a rich and famous guy of rape.

1. You get paid.
2. Nothing happens and everyone forgets who you are three weeks later.

That's fricked.

its hard enough for a woman to prove that she was raped.

if you do that then its going to be even less likely for many actual victims to come forward while the crazy bitches will still act all crazy and accuse anyway.

I know I know. Didn't mean to sound insensitive or anything, but something has to give.

Do any of y'all know anybody who's raped a girl? I have friends with DUIs. I have friends who have stolen merchandise in their lives(I stole a shirt when I was 15). I have friends who have been in crazy fights and been too drunk and yelled at cops and done drugs. I know somebody in jail for murder.

I don't know...really know, a single friend who would be capable of rape. Who the frick is raping all these women? That shite is extremely serious and absolutely disgusting. But dammit, I don't see it anywhere.

Pretty bad use of anecdotal evidence.

Also people don't necessarily go around bragging about all their rapes(not saying your friends are rapist).

Meh. Half of the women who accused Cosby have no pecuniary interest and wanted to stay out of the lime light. Men are stronger than women and men want to frick more aggressively due to testosterone. It's science and physiology. A few outlier accusations are de minimis IMO

It was more than bad, I know. I'm struggling to get my point across. I just don't see normal people raping women or rape being a normal thing. And according to who you ask, rape is very normal. Just don't see it. I feel bad for those who are actually raped. More than bad.

I've seen it go both ways.

I know of a guy from college that probably did. Same MO w/multiple girls. He'd get them super sloppy w/drinks spiked crazy hard with everclear to the point that he was able talk them into some GHB and that was that. They'd wake up the next day ashamed and embarrassed but almost never talked. He was well off, was excellent at getting teachers and other adults to like him, and an athlete so he was able to slip out of it. Last I heard he was an assistant DA.

I also know a dude that I'm pretty damn sure was falsely accused. The girl was all over him at a party to the point that it was uncomfortable to see. Was grabbing at his junk all up in front of people. Next day she goes to the school and he got the boot. I'm pretty sure he was already on their shite list (big pothead, acted like a smart arse in class when he showed) so it just made it easy for them to get rid of him. The way she acted afterwards (bragged about getting him kicked out) and the fact that she never went to the cops always made me think he got fricked over. He's least doing well now.
