Is Will Cain legitimately retarded?

He is on sportscenter just now talking about the college basketball stuff.
He's asking why there are only 14 teams named. There are far more than 14 teams listed.
He's asking why it's only 3-4 "big time" players implicated like Kuzma and smith jr. There are far other "bigger" names(when you don't include their NBA success this year or any other performances post 2015) listed in the report than those few.
He's dumbfounded and amazed that the agent was keeping track of such "small" expenses like $71 for Carlos Delfino. Has he never done an expense report in his life?

Yes he is. Hence why he’s still employed by ESPN. You have to be stupid and willing to take a lot less money than people used to earn around there. Will Cain is worth about $5/hour so he’s a good fit

Will Cain acts like he’s the ultimate authority on everything sports and that all his opinions are correct and everyone else’s are either incorrect or fallacies, that being said IMO he’s a more likable version of Clay Travis and actually says a lot of agreeable things
