Is this Super Bowl legitimate?

I’m a Niners fan and don’t even care about the Saints at all but that blown call was so egregious that it feels like an illegitimate championship game. I don’t think I’ve ever cared less about a Super Bowl than I do this one.

Don’t watch it like everyone else on this board

The Rams beat the Saints. It was due to a terrible judgement call, but that’s sports. They still won the game.
Of course it’s legitimate, and any of my salty Saints brethren who say otherwise need to accept reality

With Goodell publicly stating what he did today it’s not a legitimate super bowl, whoever wins will not be a legitimate champion.

Are any of them?

Sure bad calls happen but Jeeeeeeeesus Christ that was another level! It just doesn’t feel the same to me, not even in a root against The Rams bc they are a division rival kind of way.

Yes, move on.
Christ these Sainttards 'Honest, I'm not, no sir!' are getting thicker and thicker.

Yes. No one aside from Saints fans will care about this
Whoever wins will always be known as Super Bowl champions officially and to sports fans

Yes, it's legitimate. There was a really bad call, but bad calls happen and are ultimately just bad luck.
Good/Bad luck frequently decides who plays in the Super Bowl. It's ultimately all part of the game.
Edit: History will remember the call, but as part of the story. A lot of sports stories have an element like that. Saints fans will be the basketball equivalent of Kings fans and the 2002 WCF.

Not to me but I'm a saints fan so the NFL doesn't give a frick about me

NOT LEGITIMATE and the repercussions to the NFL and advertisers is very real. I'm hearing literally hundreds of people across the U.S. will be boycotting it.

DS has always been unapologetically a Niners fan and a Saints hater

It is legitimate. Saints lost. They were not going to be New England anyway. Breese fell apart late in that game. Brady would have schooled him in the big game

Disagree. While not scientific polling I’ve never seen anything quite like this. I’m in Denver and live by and work with natives and transplants from all over. People don’t see this as legitimate
Technically, yes it is legitimate but I can’t recall such doubt placed in a championship game
