Is there a more underachieving football program than UGA?

Just think, both of their main rivals in Florida & Auburn have won a title in the 21st century, unlike them.
Their main rival in Georgia Tech has a title more recently than them.
Constant choke jobs under Richt & Kirby with constant great classes.
To put more flame on the fire: Cam, Lawrence, Watson, & Fields all have left that state for greener pastures.

People talk about Michigan and I point at Georgia.

I don’t think there is a more underachieving football school. Imo Athens is also, debatably, the best college town in the US. They should be what Alabama has been.

I think App State beats UGA this year. I hope that's a possibility.

Georgia is WAYYYYYY more underachieving than Michigan when you compare how many 5 stars and top 250 recruits are on their respective teams

Did you not understand what I was saying or are you agreeing?

At least Georgia is relevant... South Carolina could be so much more

UGA has made the seccg what 3 years in a row and multiple playoffs? Michigan is no where near that level

I’m agreeing with you
That 2017 UGa recruiting class is widely regarded as the greatest class ever assembled
The offense has 5 stars all over field

The big ten east is much more difficult than the sec east
Georgia has gotten to face a down Tennessee and flarda.

Texas. At least Michigan and UGA usually have decent records
Posted on 12/7/19 at 6:17 pm to saintsfan22
Texas probably is the most underperforming

You can’t win a championship when the team is lead by a fricking nerd with a visor and a bowl cut.

UGA plays in a joke of a division while Michigan has to contend with Penn State and Ohio State.

I see no reason to kick a dawg when it’s down.

Considering those recruiting classes, no.
