The policing in the US does not compare to any other 1st world country I've ever lived in or been to.

The qualifications are lower here than anywhere else civiilzed. The disrespectful treatment and disdain for citizens is unmatched.

The lack of knowledge of the law and immediate need to retaliate when citizens assert rights doesn't happen at the same rate anywhere else.

The US police are notorious throughout the 1st world for being the worse.

Ask any Canadian, or European that frequents the US that has ever dealt with them.

Pretty much every other country has a national police force with nationally standardized acceptance, training, and assignments.

In the US, for better or worse, it's every state and city for themselves.

Your problem, as with most liberals, is that youre judging the entire police force on the actions of a few

There’s one problem here. And it’s that those majority don’t consistently hold those bad cops accountable.

I’m indifferent to LeBron. He has some goofball political beliefs that he espouses from a mighty high mountain.

I miss the days of people understanding that your opinion on everything doesn’t matter. Social media gave the dumbest portions of society, famous, infamous and common, a loud speaker.

It took two brutal murders for people to turn on him.

I think nowadays someone like LeBron could do exactly the same thing as oj and murder two people and LeBron would actually be liked even more by a large section of our society

Who routinely has "dealt with" a variety of domestic and international police forces?
Outside of immigration officers, etc at airports, who really bumps into the police? And if they did much, I wouldn't trust their opinion anyway

This proves how unliked LeBron is in this board. He’s #1 or #2, plain and simple.

No need to go any deeper.

Pretty much all Canadians that drive their own vehicles across the boarder. Constantly pulled over and told their documents aren't valid etc

Its hard to enforce law when many of them don't know it.

Have you ever heard of Ty Cobb

Ty Cobb was actually a good guy. Try doing some research rather than just believing a media smear job.
