Watching his press conference he seems even more sedated then usual. Looks like he is either high or just woke up

Harden and Durant looked really good yesterday. Nets need to figure out quick if Kyrie's gonna work and if not, flip him for a big man.

They cannot trade Kyrie. No one wants him.
Probably the only team that would take him is the Lakers, and the Nets would probably rather he not play at all than play for them.
No team is going to give up the assets that his talent warrents right now, and the Nets aren't going to trade him for pennies on the dollar, hence, he isn't getting traded.
They might just be better off telling him to stay home for the rest of the season and deal with it in the offseason.
