In college I brought a sign to gameday that was
Eye
Smell
Poop
Now
Was pretty proud of myself

You do know that this is the literally why ESPN does not go out of business, right?

ESPN has been a money drain for years. When exactly do they go out of business?
Not as long as the USA is a competitor to China.

Would be so lucky.

This is not a serious question. But we all know what it really is.

One play= Touchdown. Then about 5 mins of commercials and they say due to time constraints we will move ahead in our coverage after these messages... so another 5 to 8 mins of messages... come back to action, 4 plays and a FG. Then 5-6 mins of commercials, then due to time constraints we move ahead in our coverage...... so in like 35 mins I have saw 5 total plays...
make a list and prove it then you MAY be on to SOMETHING.

Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Coincidentally, when all live sports temporarily stopped.
Nope, no pro sports before the break, and no college games this past season.

Yes because the SEC footprint is going to quit watching the Big 3 sports.

Not saying they don't like money, but they do seem to be going more than out of their way to alienate their core customer base in order to pander to small minorities....
Who isn’t?

When exactly do they go out of business?
When Disney does, so never
Perhaps not coincidental to your point, my phone notifications sent me the following story from The National Pulse this morning (Iger at Disney praising China and looking forward to more collaboration at a 2011 event):

John Skipper was pushed out and the new ESPN Pres announces they are dropping all the politics stuff and just sticking to sports. Lots of personalities like Lebatard and Janelle Hill leave, they go more to sports and then last summer happens.

They only respond to corporate advertisers. Their strategy to handle angry viewers is to wait them out. They always return.
I don’t think a lot of them are returning. I much prefer going outside (golf, fishing, bike ride, sitting by the pool) to watching sports now. This really made me recognize how much I enjoy those things and how little I care about sports on TV unless it is LSU or a golf major.

The seven-figure SportsCenter anchors are either going to take cuts or be forced to leave for the most part. That's where ESPN is going, outside of Scott Van Pelt.

ESPN did make Kenny Mayne an offer, according to a source. It was a pay cut.
This is a trend in many of its negotiations as it tries to "market corrects" what it views as exorbitant salaries.
