I’m so tired of the “CFB players need to be perfect human beings” BS

Mayfield didn’t do anything wrong today. Kansas players didn’t want to shake his hand at the coin toss (A team that was 1-9 at the time). And he said frick y’all. I’m going to torch you fricks.

Dude is a former walk on qb. Who has a chip on shoulder. How about we praise that for a second or two.

While riding in my uber. ESPN radio was like “oh GMs are going to look at that and say that I don’t want that in a QB”

What’s wrong with Mayfield having a chip on his shoulder and showing up a few players that clearly disrespected him.

2017, that’s all. I’m sure this happened all the time in the 80’s and 90’s but there were no cameras or commentators to cover it. That’s the problem with 24/7 media coverage (see Trump/Obama)

He represents a university. It’s not just about him.

Because, who give a duck about chips. You want a player whose composed. Quarterbacks who play with a chip on their shoulder don’t last long in the NFL.

That would not have happened in the 80s.

Sorry you think that’s “gay”, but the truth is that this kid has Oklahoma across his chest and he’s acting like a piece of shite on national television.

Have a chip on your shoulder all you want, but don’t be an idiot.

He comes off as a douche. It doesn’t bother me but he seems like he belongs with a popped collar circle jerking with some frat boys.

Hard to take someone too seriously when they need to talk smack to a outmanned Kansas team. But also hard to get riled up about the guy after you've see his arrest video.

How many kids at oklahoma are asaulting chicks on Saturday nights or cheating on Management 2010 classes or are getting busted with a few pounds of weed on the weekends every year? no one gives a frick about that "Oklahoma" on their chest.
