If the Vikings make the super bowl, who guards the Vikings horn?

You know someone will try and get that thing going at some point.
How loud will the Skoal chants be?
Will it be an obvious home field advantage?

It's gonna be like 10% home fans.
My cousin has 4 season tickets for the Vikings. His price for the super bowl was like $10k for nosebleeds and $15k for his actual seats.

I’d bet it will be covered up and not used. NFL will go to great lengths to ensure a neutral atmosphere.
They do use teams music and soundtracks at Super Bowl so you might hear it after first downs and the Greatriots having their 80s hair bands RAWK like at Gillette.

Check my edit. My cousin is a season ticket holder for the Vikings. Those tickets aren't cheap at all. It's all corporate seats.

It’s going to be way less corporate fans than usual given that most of them don’t GAF about the game and would be happy to sell them to Viking fans for face value or reasonable markup as a nice gesture
60% Vikings fans 20% corporate 20% Greatriots fans
60% Vikings fans 20% corporate 20% Greatriots fans

I'm assuming those trips are paid for and the people will still go, but it's gotta be tempting to just say frick the cold, I'm selling to Minny fans.

IDC how expensive the tickets are... its not going to be 10% for a team playing in their home stadium. That's just absurd. So you are telling me 10% Vikings. So then I'd assume about 5% for the AFC team....
So now you want me to believe that the other 85% is going to be just random people with no affiliation to either team.. in cold arse Minnesota. yeah not buying that

Just how many of the average NFL fans have $4-5k each (average ticket price for last year) lying around for tickets?
The super bowl is always corporate seats. That's who can afford those prices.

The NFL controls distribution of Super Bowl tickets. Historically, the two participating teams each received 17.5% of the tickets, and another 5% goes to the host city. The remaining teams in the league split 34.8% of the tickets evenly. This left the league with 25.2% of tickets, which they mostly divvy up between sponsors and the media.

Vikings would be lucky to have 25% of the crowd.

Especially since there will be Vikings fans everywhere pleading for them. Most Super Bowls the corporate attendees rarely encounter many fans of the teams playing until it’s actually game day

Tickets will be face value by game day per usual - especially with the weather and a Pats team whose fans are not enthused by this point. News outlets always report the prices right after the two teams are set and the demand is the absolute highest.

Majority of people in stands are corporate sponsors.
That's why they bring in the pop music. Super Bowl is basically a party for Super Bowl to thank their corporate sponsors.
I heard one time, that at 1 super bowl(san diego one?), that 70% of crowd is tickets from NFL to corporate partners and sponsors.
