If the Dolphins are smart, they won’t draft a QB next year

Use those 5 picks in the first two rounds next year to build the OL/DL/skill position talent. They’ll still be terrible in 2020 but will have great young players developing, and then can go pick Lawrence #1 in 2021.

Tua is very good, but Lawrence is transcendent.

He would have been the #1 pick after his true freshman season had he been eligible. That’s never been true of any player before him.

They could theoretically trade down for those looking for the qbs and likely get more first picks in 2021. They could legit end up with 7 first rounders in the next 2 years...they already have 5

Best prospect I’ve got to witness in my life, will easily eclipse cam and luck. May get close to Peyton though

Overreaction to the max.

I remember when Sam Darnold was all world after one season...

Idk if anyone that turns in a recent dog shite performance against one of the worst teams in the nation should carry the “transcendent” label.

In NBA 2k17 I routinely had every 1st round pick.

Csb, I know.

Clowney

He was good

But that was the same draft as Luck

The colts would have taken Luck #1 even if Clowney was in that draft

Lawrence is good but I've been around long enough to have seen Troy Aikman, Todd Marinovich, Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning, Cam Newton, and a few others in college. Lawrence still hasn't reached those guys level in college. Lawrence isn't even on Tua's level. Sorry but he's not.

Like 5 teams gonna tank for Lawrence.

You ever consider what would happen if they don’t get Lawrence?

Speaking of 5 picks.

Lawrence has 5 TDs and 5 picks so far this season.

This

Their best pro was Carson Palmer

I wouldn’t say he had that great of a career.
For a #1 overall pick
