Before anyone says look out for miami, be real, miami isn't making any noise this year. they've been lucky to scrap by unc, georgia tech and a bad fsu team. notre dame is going to blow the doors off the u in south beach. the same notre dame team who lost to a true freshmen quarterback making his first start in the house that rockne built.

I'm of the opinion that if NC State can pull off the upset this weekend. the acc will not have a spot, which makes me so happy after all their coaches went on and on all off season saying how they were the best conference.

V Tech or Miami could, depending on how everything else shakes out.

if clemson has two losses and you are taking miami out of the equation, how on earth would you expect the acc to have a spot on the cfp?

Va Tech very well could. Their remaining sched sucks arse after Miami this weekend. They win the ACC Champ game and it could easily happen.

Also, Wisconsin is in the same boat in the Big10. Both of those teams could slip in there. Need ND to lose a game, though.

Va Tech is my pick for a dark horse to make the playoff. I think they go 12-1, just need Clemson to drop one more game to win their division.

If Miami does somehow upset Va Tech, the hype going into the Notre Dame game is going to be off the charts. Anyone know what refs are calling that game? A Miami victory over ND would be HUGE for the ACC. Opens up so many doors for ACC teams to make the playoffs.

Yea I'm hoping they beat Clemson, ND and VT somehow and get in. Then they can be the #2 seed and play lowly OSU in Cali.
