I would advise Burrow to not take up all the Bengals’ cap space

Clearly, they need help elsewhere and more urgently. DB would be a position they need big time. I know they were down 3 OL, and they got better as the year went on, but they still need help there.

Hopefully Burrow doesn’t tie up the franchise with a massive contract that screws the franchise.

He can come take up some Ravens cap space if he would like.

They probably win this game with a healthy OL.

He’s a top 3 QB

Going rate for that is a Mahomes/Allen contract

That’s just the way it goes

KC probably wins by multiple scores if Mahomes is healthy and didn’t lose 3 of his WRs tonight.

I know that’s the precedent, but he doesn’t have to take those contracts. He would be wise to take a team friendly contact especially with how cheap the owner is.

Absolutely not if the Bengals were healthy and the refs don’t affect the game.

Guess you’re forgetting that they were 3-0 with burrow against the chiefs. The refs made sure to blow certain calls though

And Burrow can actually have time to pass the ball if 60% of his starting offensive line wasn’t hurt.

See how that works dumb arse.

Needs to be smart and go the Tom Brady 2.0 route. He’ll still make plenty but keep a team around him.

He needs to get the max he can and forget about cap space. He won’t survive in Cincy so why give them a break. frick em.

Bengals starting OL isn’t even good.

Maybe next year they can still healthy and not lose to a QB playing on one leg.

For the most part an NFL team can manipulate the cap if they really want to

Negotiate a one year deal so they can get him an O Line that won't get him killed...If they can't protect him, he should look to go somewhere else.

I guess if they’re still wanting to give him the max they ought to spread that mf out over a long period of time and backload it seeing as they’re in a win now mindset.

He’s not taking a discount on his big money contract and he shouldn’t. The second contract is where players make their serious money

I guess the QB should always play on one leg…with 2 perfectly fine legs he lost 3 out of 4…while the bengals still had a shitty OL.

Try harder baw!
