I know I post a lot about Tom Brady on this board....

And a lot of it may or may not be trolling at a certain few people's expense, but I feel like Brady has definitely earned his praise this year. He arrived at a brand new team, with a brand new coach, who runs a foreign offense to the one he's been running in New England for the last however many years, and immediately made an impact.
At age 43, he threw for over 4,600 yards and 40 TDs while completing over 65% of his passes and achieving a passer rating above his career average. While I have little doubt the Buccaneers will be bounced out of the playoffs before the NFC Championship Game, I think we should all stop and marvel that a player at the most important position in the game is still producing those numbers at that age.
It truly is remarkable to watch.

No matter the sport, people always debate the best ever. It is just human nature.
But he is the Goat. Its easy to see. Its more about favoritism than anything.
I bet he plays 2-3 more years there and they are a playoff team every one of those years after not being in the playoffs for 15 years

Tom Brady is the GOAT but this demonstrates how much passing stats are watered down in modern NFL.

Dude has choked more than any other qb on grand stage. He is up there with jim kelly. Overrater as frick. Had great defense and coaching all his career. Now put him with an allstar cast at tampa, and he will be bounced by 2nd round as he chokes again. Book it

He’s the GOAT.
Period.
Brady, Manning, and Rogers are truly in a class by themselves.

Impressive numbers but he def did a lot of stat padding the last three weeks against bad defenses (399 4tds vs falcons, 348yds 3tds vs lions, 390 yds 2tds vs falcons).

Too bad he got embarrassed 38-3, at home, by noodle arm Drew Brees.

It's impressive as hell he just stepped into a scheme designed for Jay Cutler and still put up great stats at 43.

The hottest of hot takes I've ever seen on the MSB and that's really saying something. Calling a 6 time Super Bowl winner an overrated choker.

They'd be taking a road trip to Lambeau where they would be 4-5 point underdogs. That would be losing to a better team, not choking

I’m no Brady hater by any stretch of the imagination, and I was shocked by his performance this year.
I consider this his answer for Belichick going 11-5 with Matt Cassel in 2008.
It’ll be interesting to see if he pulls a Brett Favre and just keeps playing until he can’t anymore. This type of longevity is incredible.

As a Patriots fan, we missed him this year. He was the glue for the team the other guys gravitated towards him on both sides of the ball. The debate of Brady or Belichick winning all those rings is over.
It was Tom.

It was both. It’s not a real debate.

Tom is still a SB contender without Bill. Unfortunately we cannot say the same.

I think it's fair to say it was both and they complimented each other well.
All this proves is the criticism that Brady was only a system QB and can't be successful with any other coach/system. He's a great QB.
