To tell him to run the god damn ball. It’s not rocket science.

If Jimmy G could hit an open receiver down field with 3 minutes left, Kyle would possibly be a hero today.

I don't blame him either. Its his lezzy asst coach's fault. She was no help

Shes just not accustomed to making a pass, in a male dominated environment

I also blame a defense that was considered the best in the game and couldn't get one stop when they needed too.

They held the Patrick Mahomes led chiefs to 10 freaking points for over 3 quarters. Niners has multiple downs to run for 5 yards and bleed that game out...twice. Even running 4 times without the first shaved a good bit of it off.

They got stops all game.

You cannot expect an NFL defense, even a great one, to shut down an MVP led offense for an entire game when your own offense is shitting the bed.

You're misplacing the blame here.

Mahomes finally got time later on. 49ers were winning with 4 man pressure almost all game. One high safety, but Mahomes couldn’t find time to hit the sideline until late in the game. Big one to Hill and Watkins. Honestly, if last play lands in bounds, that may have been a td, haha.

No doubt. KC hadn't stopped the run all day then suddenly Shanahan abandons the run. lol

Kyle went conservative with a 28-3 lead and blew it to a great qb in Brady. Kyle gets criticized.

Kyle gets aggressive with a 10 point lead, presumably in an effort to keep the ball away from a great qb in Mahomes. Kyle gets criticized.

If Jimmy completes a couple of late throws, SF wins.

Oh ok so if you're not passing you're not aggressive? When you literally just ran the ball for 15+ yards on a single play it only became aggressive after they started passing and failing.

Like what coach abandons the run when it's working? There is literally no more stable form of finishing a game than running, especially when you have a 2 score lead in the 4th. maybe if they were only getting 2 yards a run or something but that's far from the case.

Niners were only in the Super Bowl in the first place bc Kyle schemed his way around a guy he doesn’t trust at QB.

Matt Ryan nowhere near as good before or since KS was his OC.

But y’all think Kyle is the problem lol.

They were mostly getting big runs on outside when KC, it wasn’t like they were road grating the Chiefs defensive front. You can’t call a flip to Debo or a fake reverse to Mostert every single play.

Let’s be honest, if the Chiefs weren’t so conservative in their play calling in that first quarter, the game is over by the end of the third.

I know we had that debate about them and the GSOT, but it’s really a difference in method.

The GSOT was a consistent methodical approach all game, 8-12 play 70-80 yard drives.

The Chiefs will lull you to sleep and boom, 2 quick tds before you know what hits you. They have 3 burners at Receiver, a mismatch nightmare at TE, and the best arm/leg talent in the game today, possibly ever.

What is it with our society these days, that everyone has a tendency to try very hard to shift blame?? Why can’t people just shoulder it, or let the appropriate people shoulder it, and own up to their frick ups?
