Huge upset in College Softball Tournament

Earlier tonight #2 overall seed UCLA lost to Liberty 2-1 and has been eliminated. They went 0-2 in the Los Angeles Regional losing to Grand Canyon on Friday and Liberty tonight.

I’m not a woman hater but I’ve watched 2 or 3 games this season. 1 was the Kentucky v Texas gamesmanship game and OU v Texas. My MIL taught one of Texas’ pitchers in elementary.

Definitely a huge upset, but worst in history? That Liberty team took OU to extras earlier this season, and had a one run loss to UCLA. They also beat Bama and Clemson recently. They aren't a bad team.

My niece pitched for George Mason yesterday. The Patriots were in their first ever tournament appearance and were elminated by Campbell. She's a sophomore and has a bright future ahead.
