How would a big 12 tiebreaker work out?

Say Iowa State loses to WV and the Oklahoma teams win out. All three would have two conference losses. Okie State beat Iowa State who beat Oklahoma. I remember in 2008 they gave OU the edge over Texas and TTU bc of BCS numbers, so I guess they would go by CFP standings this time

1. Records against each other. If one is 2-0, they’re in. If it’s all 1-1, it moves to:

a. When comparing against the remaining teams in the Conference standings any two-way ties will be broken by head-to-head competition before the comparison begins.
b. If more than a two-way tie exists amongst the remaining teams in the Conference standings, the record against the collective
