I don't see it that way. Now they have Millsap and Horford. I guess they could have a good big rotation if you add Asik to that. I don't think Smith was re-signing with the Hawks no matter what happened.

Always thought he was a good player but I really thought he was going to blow up, at least in terms of media attention, after he went off on the Heat 2 years ago.

I'd say they are pretty similar in terms of value.
I know you guys haven't watched the Rockets much this year... but when Asik would leave the game, a lot of the time the Rockets would start to blow arse.
Asik was secretly the MVP of that team. Without him, they would have lost a lot of games this season.
