Are you seriously applauding her for giving Mizzou the ball at the 35 yard line? If that’s good, then every kicker should aim out of bounds on each kickoff.
The only time squib kicks are useful is when the other team has very little time to move the ball downfield. Not for opening kickoffs of a half.
