This is the first indication that MLB investigation found true unavoidable evidence that the issue was much bigger than the Astros.
I suspect other teams will be included in similar penalties when MLB releases the final report. Probably right after they cancel the season entirely.

It pretty much comes down to people like hinch, whereas luhnow may have been/may be the most disliked sports executive in recent history
