If that kid is 6’1”, there is now way he’s 248.
And actually he does look 12. He’s still got those baby fat arms and he has a young looking face:

I'm a little older but there was always kids 5'11 plus even back then. You couldn't touch their fastball and they always dominated the league. But they were also limited on innings and usually their all Stars couldn't
advance too far unless they had some depth.

Yeah we always had one kid that was good for one mammoth shot every month but that was about it.
They were usually worthless in the field. Which is why you see them playing 1st base nowadays.
Back then our coach stuck them in the outfield thinking their size would make a difference.
When you're that young and huge you are somewhat uncoordinated and gangely and frankly can't move.

Hoes does a kid that's 6'1 220+ not blast at least one HR a game on a little league sized field though?
Is it not only 225 ft to center field? Or is that to the corners? Either way that's almost half the size of full size field.
I mean that's a fairly weak pop fly for anyone that's 6'1.

Only way I would watch the LLWS would be if Joe Simpson was calling it.

When I was 13 I was about 6'. Had an early growth spurt. Didn't add that much height after. Weighed about half that and probably couldn't put up 225 even once though.

I havent watched but dont the pitchers throw almost 80 mph and from only 46 feet or something like that?

70+ from 50 feet at that age group.
100 mph fastball at the MLB level takes 0.4125 seconds to reach the plate.
70 mph fastball at 50 feet takes 0.487 seconds to reach the plate.
If they’re throwing 70+ and able to locate then big advantage pitcher.

This has already been debunked.
The speed at which a pitch crosses the plate is of far greater importance than the amount of time it takes the pitch to get there from the pitcher — especially if the time the ball is in the air from two pitches is similar while the pitching mounds are different distances.
A theoretical pitch delivered from 300ft at 500mph — while taking the same amount of time to get to the plate as an "equivalent" LL pitch of 76mph — would be nearly impossible for anyone to time correctly to hit.
The ability of the human eye to track a moving object is not infinite. Taking the extreme example above, another reason why it would be nearly impossible hit that 500mph pitch even from 300ft away is that it would be extremely difficult (likely, impossible) to track the ball in the first place. Similarly, a 100mph ML fastball is much harder to track than a 75 mph LL fastball — even though both pitches will be in the air for about the same duration.
ESPN had headlines like:
Little League Baseball Player Gets Hit In The Head With 99mph Fastball." And quotes such as, "Kiyomia accidentally drilled Curacao's Ceddanne Rafaela in the head with the equivalent of a 99-mile-per-hour pitch.
