He said there is a "very outside" chance which is true. People can get injured and those two could really step up. VERY unlikely but it is possible.

#2 and #3

Illinois having the #2 and #3 overall picks in 1996 is actually probably more impressive than Aggy potentially having the first two picks this year or Penn State having the first two picks in 2000 because 1996 was an extremely strong draft. The 2000 draft was a very weak draft class and this year's draft is considered by a lot of experts to be a very down year for top draft prospects. The 1996 draft has five first-ballot HOF caliber players in Jonathan Ogden, Ray Lewis, Marvin Harrison, Brian Dawkins and Terrell Owens. It had a bunch of players with multiple Pro Bowl appearances like Zach Thomas, Tedy Bruschi, Keyshawn Johnson, Simeon Rice, Willie Anderson, Eddie George, Jeff Hartings, Eric Moulds, Mike Alstott and Lawyer Milloy. '96 was a truly exceptional draft class and having the #2 and #3 overall drafted players is extremely impressive.

Well then, there is a very outside chance I could sleep with Scarlett Johansson next year.

Man with all that talent you guys should have beat Florida and then we wouldn't have to hear these rednecks running their mouths for another year.

2000 was not a weak draft LaVar Arrington, Tom Brady, Shane Lechler, Jamal Lewis, Brian Urlacher, Chris Samuels, Deltha O'neal, John Abraham, Adalius Thomas and Brian Waters

There is a very outside chance that I'll quarterback a team to the Super Bowl next year too.

The odds on both are pretty similar, but still a very outside chance.

Manziel ain't going #1 or 2. Too small.

People should be getting over this.

I'm not saying Manziel deserves 1 or 2 overall based on talent, but his size really shouldn't scare anyone anymore.
