That's...a reasonable assessment.

Yeah that’s fair. I think we all knew this time was coming, they missed their best shot at a title in 18. My biggest fear is it would come when his value was pretty well eroded. I think they did fine in the trade. The only part that pisses me off is all they gave up for the year of Westbrook. I wish they had just done this last year but whatever

Yeah I’m glad this saga is over.

Now we can shite on Harden like the rest of the board, can’t wait for him to choke this postseason

Is that supposed to be brisket or beef jerky?

pretty much, they're now in limbo like melo-era nuggets.
good enough to playoff, not good enough to win it all.

but their issue is the picks they lost, they can't be bad enough to draft and lose picks to OKC

All those first round picks are doo doo.
No they aren’t. They’re all unprotected. They own Brooklyn’s first round picks for the next 7 years.

Think about how quick things change in the NBA.

I stand by a lot of my old harden takes because I thought/think some of the hate was unwarranted.

He doesn't have the dog in him and gets cold as frick in playoff games than chases fouls.

He is going have to move off ball to work with KD but if he buys in a little, they are going to be unstoppable on offense

The talent is there, but man, the mental fragility of that squad is through the roof. It will be primetime television watching this team implode in the playoffs.

Nash has to deal with these 3 divas in his very first coaching job. Prayers sent.

Is it a super team if you only have two superstar players and a head case paid like one?

I agree it is nearly as appalling Mr. Harden's commitment to H-town this year

That changed after 3 straight years (at least) of his robin not being worth anything at all in the playoffs. hard to blame him for wanting 2 robins. Just like what KD and Bron did.

Whut?

Kyrie has 40 something in game 5 of the finals. And then of course hit the dagger shot. Bron had no points in the last 6 minutes of the finals v GSW.

I think the better question is who falls into each category there?
