He is playing long term and if he gets fired in the process, he doesn't care.

Game done passed him by. He wasn't that successful at the end of his last stint.

Wish he didn’t go to Oakland... I loved him on ESPN. Now I have to root against him every game

They were losing games with Khalil Mack. And their overall D already sucked

Pretty much. I was really disappointed watching Arden Key in the final drive. He was so gassed he was almost sleepwalking.

Gruden is doing a good job, IMO. The wins will come. Both of these games came down to a few key plays that went against the Raiders. A failed 4th and 1 that was dropped; a slant-pass that gained 3 yards on a 3rd & 7 -- either of those plays would have ended it and the Raiders win.

I think the Raiders will start winning more of those key plays as the season goes on and I think they'll win a lot more games as a result.

Once the NFL makes the move to play 30 minute games, Gruden's Raiders will be unstoppable.

This board would have fired Taggart, Kelly, Frost, Sumlin, and Gruden in September.

He's just barely getting started. Stop being so overdramatic.

Absolute stupidity. 3rd and 7, Cooper is balling out, and you give Bryant the ball with the game on the line. Some of these play calls are mind boggling. EVen if Cooper isn't open, give Cook a chance. Don't just say "frick it", run a quick slant with Bryant, and hope for the best. Get the ball to your best players.

Raiders lost that game today. Could have easily been a blow out with the way Carr was playing.
