During a Q&A with Autograph NFTs, Gronkowski admitted that there is one other QB he’d love to play with.

"I kinda like this young buck quarterback. He’s in the Super Bowl now: It’s Joe Burrow, man," Gronkowski said Tuesday, via MassLive.com. "I watched him in college. I just love the way he presents himself out on the football field. In the pocket, he’s just so calm, and he just slings it out on the field."

Cincy might need a TE next year. Just think, Joe might still be able to learn a thing or 2 from Gronk

Everyone loves a winner. Their will be others who will take less money to play with Burrow in hopes of a championship.

I remember saying the saints should offer the bengals Cam Jordan, Michael Thomas and two first rounders for Joe and was told about s million times

"That's way too much we'll never have a great team again"

Now Joe is on the super bowl, saints are in the toilet and guys around the league want to go to ducking Cincinnati to play with Joey

The Bengals were not going to trade away the pick.

quote:

According to sources with direct knowledge of the talks, the Dolphins called Cincinnati and attempted to trade for the selection that wound up being LSU quarterback Joe Burrow?. The call was quick, and the member of the Bengals brass who picked up the phone quickly hung up.

No interest at all.

What would the price have been? Sources say Miami was willing to trade all three first-round picks it had in 2020 -- including the No. 5 overall pick that wound up being Tua Tagovailoa -- and potentially more. There was not a consensus on what it would take, just that Miami wanted to try. The Bengals made sure it wasn't a thing.

Bengals were lucky and smart. Now, they’re in the Super Bowl.

exactly, the Bengals very rarely trade anything. They don't trade for picks and don't trade players for picks. Its just how their ownership has always operated.

Bengals will have the cap space to sign some top tier OLmen. Most wouldn't want to play in Cincy but will go there because of Burrow and a chance to get to the superbowl multiple times.

You’d have to be blind not to see a resemblance to Brady in Burrow.

Except I don’t know that Brady could have gotten this Bengals team to the Super Bowl in his second year.

As he should, Burrow is the next in line to have a career that parallels Brady's
