I agree. You don’t see the type of changes in spin rate with sunscreen and rosin like you do with Spider Tack.

It has nothing to do with the Astros. If you look at the Astros pitchers this year before the enforcement of the rules and after, the Astros pitchers appear to be some of the cleanest in the league as their spin rates have not changed.
You know which team has seen the biggest drop in spin rates after the league decided to enforce the rules? The Dodgers.
